2013 Award Banquet WinnersOn 3/23/2014 the Stayton Fire District held its annual District Awards Banquet to honor those who serve. We would like to congratulate the following award winners for their outstanding service to the communities they serve. Rookie of the Year, Curtis Deetz - Firefighter of the Year, Gene Dershewitz - Officer of the Year, Doug Hansen - Volunteer Service with Pride, Doug Smith - Support Person of the Year, Kaitlyn Woodsmall. We would also like to recognize of Length of Service award winners. 5 years - Linda Lai, Alison Lindsay, Kristin Griffith and Candi Riordan. Our 7 year recipients - Eric Peterson, Craig Griffith, Kevin Bakke and Brennan Baker. Our 10 year recipient, Kurt Hueller. Our 20 Year recipients - Troy Gulstrom, Sherry Bensema and Gene Coles.
