Stayton Fire District is located 12 miles east of Salem, the Capitol of Oregon. Fire Service, rescue and medical response is provided to 107 square miles, including 3 square miles within the City of Stayton and 104 square miles of rural District. This area includes the unincorporated communities of Marion, West Stayton, Mehama, North Santiam and Elkhorn.
