Board History

Jay Meyers was first appointed to the board of Directors to fill the unexpired term of Ron Lierman in August of 1999.   Jay was than elected to the Board of Directors in July of 2001.

Personal History

Jay Myers was born in 1941.  He is retired from Electrical Systems Specialist at Mitsubishi Silicon America.

Jay spent 23 years as a volunteer firefighter and has a great amount of love and respect for the fire service.  Jay is married and has two daughters.

In his spare time Jay loves to play golf, fish, hunt and work in his yard.  He also enjoys refinishing antique furniture and spending time camping with his family.

Jay has also served as the Mayor of Stayton, been on the School Board, City Council and the Hospital Board of Directors.
