Board History

Richard Morley was first appointed to the Stayton Fire District Board of Directors as a City representative after the annexation in June of 1985.  Two years later in 1987 he was elected to a 4 year term.

Personal Info

Richard Morley was born in 1944 right here in his hometown Stayton, OR.  He served in the U.S. Army from 1968-1971.  He is married and has one daughter.  He owns and operates Stayton Auto Parts.  He is also on the School Board and 911 Dispatch Center Board.  Richard has also been on the Stayton City Council in the past.
