Spring is coming!!!
First Congratulations to all the award winners, years of service awards and to ALL members of the district for a great 2024.
This months focus is Haz Mat, we will have a visit from our regional haz mat team - Salem Fire
Good time to get out your wildland gear and make sure everything is ready for the season.
New structure hoods are distributed, keep your current one for use while cleaning the new one and a spare.
Recruit academy is starting FF 2 classes, if you are needing classes or TB sign off let Chief Alley know.
EMT renewal, once you complete the online questions and have your hours, let Chief Alley know when you are ready for the district to pay.
For those who have not heard, Amanda our Recruiter is leaving us for an EMT position with Salem Fire. She will be here till around the end of June. Congratulations Amanda!!
With that we are working on reviewing the position and will be opening applications soon.
